TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE KLS Satellite is here to help! Problem: My number two remote control has stopped working. Possible Answer 1: Try re-addressing the remote. In order to do this, go to the system info screen on the number one television by pressing menu twice on the number one remote. Then take the number two remote and hold down the SAT mode button (top left corner) until all the other three mode buttons (tv, vcr, and aux) light up. Next type in a two-digit code between 01 and 16. Then press the pound (#) key. The SAT button will flash three times, and then you will press the "Record" key. The secondary remote address should change to the number you typed in earlier. The remote has now been re-addressed. If this does not work, please e-mail us at troubleshooting@klssatellite.com.
